Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
Buxton Ballet or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
Buxton Ballet reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
Each new student will be offered one trial, after their trial the students place will be held for 48hrs. If the class is not booked within this time it will become available online for another student.
For Pre Primary students and above, Royal Academy of Dance approved uniform is optional for the first half term (6 weeks) and compulsory for all future terms.
